Level 1 RQF / Level 4 SCQF in Scotland
This half day course is an introduction to Health & Safety in the workplace and can form part of an employee’s induction program / introductory level to Health & safety.
Health & Safety in the Workplace
Level 2 RQF / Level 5 SCQF in Scotland
This 1 day course is aimed at delegates in a variety of work environments and will develop thier awareness of Health and Safety within an organisation.
Supervising Health & Safety in the Workplace
Level 3 RQF
This 3 day course is aimed at people working or preparing to work in a supervisory or managerial position in respect of health & safety.
Health & Safety in the Workplace – Awareness
The Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace is an Ofqual regulated qualification designed to provide learners with a basic understanding of workplace health and safety. Ideal as part of an employee induction or for anyone new to the workplace, the course covers key health and safety responsibilities, identifying hazards and risks, accident prevention, safe working practices, workplace welfare, and the importance of reporting incidents and concerns. Suitable for all industries, it provides a solid foundation for working safely while supporting progression to higher-level health and safety qualifications.
Upon completion delegates will achieve a FAA Level 1 award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF) or Level 4 SCQF in Scotland – certificate.
The qualification does not have an expiry date but keeping up to date with changes to policies, procedures and new
legislation through ongoing CPD is vital.
Health & Safety in the Workplace
The Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace is an Ofqual regulated qualification designed for employees across a wide range of industries who require a broader understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities. Building on foundation knowledge, the course covers UK health and safety legislation, employer and employee duties, risk assessment principles, identifying and controlling common workplace hazards, accident prevention, emergency procedures, and incident reporting. Ideal for the general workforce, it equips learners with the knowledge and confidence to contribute to a safer working environment while supporting progression into higher-level health and safety training and career development.

The Level 3 Award in Supervising Health & Safety in the Workplace (RQF) is an Ofqual regulated qualification designed for supervisors, team leaders and managers who have responsibility for maintaining health and safety within the workplace. Suitable across all industry sectors, the course develops a comprehensive understanding of UK health and safety legislation, safety management systems, risk assessment principles, hazard identification and control measures, accident investigation, and incident management. It equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills to promote a positive safety culture, manage workplace risks effectively, and support legal compliance while enhancing organisational health and safety performance.
Upon completion delegates will achieve a FAA Level 3 award in Supervising Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF)
