Damien Smart

Managing Director

Damien is our Managing Director and has over 15 years of experience working in the offshore industry, specialising in health and safety, working at height and rope access. As a Level 3 Rope Access Technical Authority and Incorporated Engineer, he has built a career around maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence. Passionate about developing people, Damien enjoys sharing his industry knowledge and ensuring every delegate receives practical, engaging training that can be confidently applied in the workplace.

Kevin Titmarsh

Head of Training & Operations

Kevin is our Head of Training & Operations and brings over 20 years of experience in workplace safety, working at height, technical engineering and emergency response. Having spent many years delivering training and working in demanding operational environments, he combines practical, real-world knowledge with a relaxed, approachable teaching style. Kevin is passionate about helping people build confidence, develop new skills and leave every course feeling capable, prepared and ready to put their learning into practice.

Advanced First Aid Instructor

Anthony is our Clinical Lead for First Aid and brings a wealth of frontline medical knowledge and clinical experience to our training team. Passionate about delivering high-quality, practical education, he has a calm, approachable teaching style that helps delegates feel confident and engaged throughout their training. Anthony is committed to ensuring every learner leaves with the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond effectively in real-life emergencies.
