ACMS Training Ltd has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality, compliant and engaging workplace training.

Our journey began in 2002 as Sitek Training, where we established ourselves as a trusted provider of industry-recognised training across a range of sectors. As our portfolio expanded and the needs of our clients evolved, the training division became ACMS Training, operating within Advanced Controls & Management Systems Ltd (ACMS) in 2024. Building on continued growth and success, ACMS Training became its own dedicated limited company in 2026, allowing us to focus entirely on providing professional training solutions while maintaining the values and standards that have defined us for over two decades.

ACMS Training Ltd is led by our Managing Director, Damien Smart, whose extensive technical and operational experience underpins everything we do. Damien has over 15 years of experience in the offshore industry as a Level 3 Rope Access Technical Authority, where he has been responsible for training, competence and compliance within high-risk working environments. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and is professionally registered as an Incorporated Engineer (IEng), as well as being a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE), an Associate Member of the Energy Institute (AMEI), and a Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (TechIOSH).

We specialise in First Aid, Mental Health, Health & Safety, Offshore Emergency Escape, and a range of workplace compliance courses designed to equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge and confidence to work safely.
